In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

Mactek's Dubai-based facility combines traditional fabrication with advanced additive manufacturing and precision laser technologies. This enables rapid prototyping, custom component fabrication, and small-to-medium batch production for specialized engineering applications. All processes are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Manufacturing Technologies:

1. Industrial 3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing)

Equipment: Bambu Lab X1-Carbon 3D Printer

  • Technology: FDM/FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication)
  • Build Volume: 256 x 256 x 256 mm
  • Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, Carbon Fiber composites
  • Applications: Custom enclosures, functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, replacement parts, low-volume production
  • Turnaround: 24-48 hours for rapid prototypes

2. Fiber Laser Marking & Engraving

Equipment: 20W Fiber Laser

  • Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, coated metals, plastics
  • Applications: Asset identification tags (Asset Tracker), serial numbers, QR codes, equipment nameplates, control panel labeling, permanent part marking
  • Precision: High-resolution marking for full traceability

3. CO2 Laser Cutting & Engraving

Equipment: 55W xTool P2S CO2 Laser

  • Working Area: 600 x 400 mm
  • Materials: Acrylic, wood, leather, fabric, paper, rubber, glass (engraving)
  • Cutting Thickness: Up to 15mm acrylic, 10mm wood
  • Applications: Acrylic enclosures, control panel windows, signage, gaskets, prototyping, custom packaging

4. 3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

  • Applications: Reverse engineering of legacy components, dimensional verification, as-built documentation, custom part development
  • Output: CAD-ready 3D models, STL files, dimensional reports

5. Assembly & Integration

  • Electronic assembly and integration
  • Panel assembly and wiring
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Quality control and inspection
